After more than a month of struggling, three trips to Mazda garage so far (which is one hour from my home), hours on support line to manipulate this card (because Mazda garage here is useless), it still remains invalid. SD Card had never been updated, so I went to update it using Mazdas Update Toolbox app. So took the car to a Mazda garage (I live in France), they replaced something called the CMU (basically the infotainement system processor) but after that they have never been able to get the system to read the card.
